PRIVATE BY DESIGN.
The public website does not create member accounts. Adult onboarding, exercise screening, progress data and member access are handled through controlled private systems.
PUBLIC WEBSITE
The website routes adults to LOC'DOWN START and the controlled private onboarding process, parents to the Youth trial process, organisations to enquiry routes, and existing provisioned members to Booking V1.
No public self-registration
Starting an enquiry or completing onboarding does not create active booking access. A pending profile may be staged privately, but access is activated only after assessment, eligibility/payment checks and coach approval.
Health and screening information
Health information supplied during onboarding is used privately for exercise screening and coaching safety. Detailed health answers are kept in the restricted onboarding source; the general Booking member record stores only the minimum support flag and private record reference needed for safe operations.
InBody scans
Adult START and recurring adult coaching may include optional private InBody body-composition scans for progress tracking. They are not presented as a medical diagnosis or a guaranteed outcome. Results are kept private and interpreted alongside attendance, performance, measurements and client-reported progress.
Images and media
Only consent-cleared media should be used publicly. Private progress photos, body-composition information and member profile photos are not public marketing assets.
